How can I enrol in a class with AutoCAD Training Course (ATC)? You can enrol in a class by contacting us via phone or email, providing your preferred date and time. Please note that slot availability varies depending on the day. Existing clients should communicate through phone or text messages.
 

What is the payment procedure for the sessions?
Payments must be made 7 days before the session commencement date.

Which payment methods are accepted for the training course? We exclusively accept cheque payments from registered UK companies, with payment due 15 days in advance.
 

Are there specific time slots for Diploma Students?
Diploma students can select any time between Monday and Friday, from 10 am to 8 pm. Weekend slots are limited to 3 to 4 hours due to high demand.
 

What are the operating hours for AutoCAD Training Course (ATC)?
Our operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Weekend slots can be arranged between 9 am to 7 pm based on availability.
 

Is there any Saturday discount available?
No, discounts are not applicable on Saturdays.

What happens if training fees are not paid on time? If payment is not made according to the invoice dates, training classes will be temporarily paused.
 

What is the cancellation policy for the training?
Please note that we do not offer refunds or transfers for training sessions cancelled on the day of the session or within 48 hours. We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling a training session.
 

What happens if a class is cancelled or rescheduled by AutoCAD Training Course (ATC)?
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to accidents, train or tube delays, or health issues, your hours will not be deducted, and we will reschedule the session as soon as possible.
 

What payment options are available for the training fees?
You can make payments via Bank Transfer, Invoice, Pay by Card, Stripe, Registered Suppliers, or PayPal (PayPal fees apply).
 

How is my privacy safeguarded?
