Course Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a course and receive a full refund if you give ATC at least 30 working days’ notice before the start date.

Cancellation charges:

30 working days’ notice: 50% of the course fee payable
15 working days’ notice: 100% of the course fee payable

All cancellations must be received and acknowledged by ATC in writing.

For private/exclusive courses delivered at ATC, at your site, or another venue, at least 10 working days’ written notice is required. After this point, the full fee remains payable.

Credit and Exchange

You can change the delegate or reschedule a group course free of charge if you give at least 5 working days’ notice.
Course credit is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the course start date.
